We are looking for a Head Chef to start work in Essex on 1^st December 2008.

Our client is newly opening in Essex, and requires a Head Chef with European deli experience primarily in French and Central Europe food cuisines.

Management capabilities is required , we are looking for a strong character that can cope under pressure and still provide creative menus and quality food. 

Genuine future progression is also an option.

Weekends is expected working on a rota shift.

The Head Chef will be also be  required to design, create and implement the menus as well as planning evening deli specials.
