PLC / SCADA Engineer - England, UK
A Software/Commissioning Engineer is required to join an established control systems integrator company that specialises in designing, writing, installing and commissioning factory control systems to companies worldwide.
Aside from designing and writing PLC/SCADA control system software, you will have the following specific duties:
Produce required documentation (e.g. functional design specifications, manuals) Carry out testing as well as present and handle acceptance with customers Commissioning of systems Train customer maintenance and operator staff Implement changes on-site to electrical panels as and when required
Qualifications:
Must have at least three years relevant proven specialised work experience with at least NVQ level 3 in this field. Advanced knowledge in: - Allen Bradley ControlLogix and/or Siemens S7 software programming
- Any SCADA software package
- Electrical control panel components and maintenance.
