SENIOR SPA THERAPIST

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Senior Spa Therapist in a beautiful Spa in Gloucestershire.

The spa has a fantastic reputation and is set in a beautiful location with fantastic facilities catering for health, beauty, fitness and relaxation.

We are seeking a Senior Therapist who is very driven and pro-active individual and looking for a new challenge and would enjoy working in a very busy environment, maintaining the fantastic reputation that this Spa already holds. 

You will be performing a wide range of treatments to an extremely high standard and taking the clients on a relaxing journey in this stunning environment and you would act as a role model for Therapists and would be mentoring, you would also be training Therapists in Treatments and Products.

Duties:

• To carry out a range of Treatments to an extremely high standard


• Act as a role model for Therapists


• Support the Beauty Assistant Beauty Manager


• Mentor Therapists


• Trains new starters existing Therapists in Treatment procedures products


• Achieve retail targets


• Build a regular client base


• Ensure Treatment Rooms are of a consistent high standard.


• Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the Spa

Experience Required:

• NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent


• Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience


• Previous Management experience


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• High standard of personal appearance as role model to staff


• Computer literate


• Self motivated


• Good team player

Package being offered:

• £18-£19,000 Basic Salary


• 28 days holiday per annum (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
