A determined, motivated and hungry for success Trainee Recruitment Consultant is required for a busy, energetic employment agency.
Reporting directly to management you will be required to identify potential Clients through a clear sales process and source suitable Candidates through face to face interviews, placing the suitable Candidates in both short and long term contracts, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service generates ongoing repeat business. You will have the very latest database, along with no restrictions on geographical coverage.

A High emphasis will be placed on "creativity", and you must be resilient, yet determined to learn.

Full training will be given, and there is an excellent chance for genuine progression

No two days are never the same within recruitment, and the successful candidate must have the desire to succeed.

£12,000  BASIC Salary  before commisison

Monday to Friday 7.30 am till 17.30.   or  7am to 17.00    1 hour for Lunch each day.

You will also be expected to cover on a      rota basis the on call phone / out of hours once trained.

Previous experience in a sales environment is an  advantage but not essential
